Are extensions easy to manage?
Our hair extensions are 100% human hair and can be treated and managed just like you would your own hair.

How long does my hair have to be to wear Hairlox clip-in extensions?
As long as your hair has enough length to cover the clips on the extensions, you can change your look instantly by wearing extensions.

Can I sleep in my hair extensions?
We recommend that you carefully remove your clip-in extensions at night, brush or comb the pieces, and lay on a flat surface.

Can I use straighteners and curling tongs on the extension?
As our extensions are 100% human hair the extensions (clip-in and weft) can be styled with hair straighteners or curling tongs as you would with your own hair.

How do I wash them and what kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use?
Hairlox has and excellant range of hair extension shampoo and conditioners available, along with high quality glossing serums, thermal protection sprays, Argan oil and styling gels. 

Can I blow dry them? Can they be blow dried?
Yes, our hair extensions can be blow dried. Alternatively, after washing the extension pat dry, comb and leave to dry on a flat surface.

How do I prevent damage to my hair extensions?
There are a few things you can do to ensure the quality of your hair extensions;

The use a heat resistant spray is advised as is with your own hair,due to the hair extensions not benefiting from the nourishing properties of the hairs natural oils, we advise that you routinely replenish each hair extension with a moisturiser.
When your hair extensions are not being used, thoroughly clean and dry each extension and comb flat before storing them away from direct sunlight.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
There are two delivery options available when you reach the check out – select standard for 2 day delivery at £3.25 or next day at £5.90

How do I know if my order has been processed?
You will receive an email of confirmation that, your payment has been accepted and your order is being processed
